Open Show Jumping: 6th March, 29th May (from 10am), 15th Oct, 17th Nov and 10th Dec 2011 from 12.30 pm
We are holding five open show jumping events this season. They are going to be low key, turn up on the day events.
Where possible we hope to jump on our grass show ground, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather or poor ground conditions we will use the indoor arena.
Parking: Signs will be clearly visible outside our gates indicating whether to park in our show ground or general car park.
We suggest you arrive in comfortable time to enter and start jumping at 12.30pm (or 10am on 29th May). As it's turn up on the day we cannot guarantee any class numbers or start times other than the initial start time.
Cost of the clear round class will be £2.50 HRC members £3 non-members, competition classes £5 HRC members, £7 non-members. There will be rosettes for the highest placed HRC member as well as the usual placings
Jumping will start at 12.30 pm (or 10am on 29th May) and will commence with a BSJA style clear round class followed ng> by 70, 80 and 90cm classes. Two phase rules will be used. On arrival come to our office and enter your classes, we do need your signature and contact details for health and safety reasons (if for any reason the secretary is not in the office she's likely to be by the ring - wearing Honnington Riding Club kit, if event on show ground, entries area will be marked), then before your class starts, tell the steward at the gate your number and order you wish to jump
Although there is no pre-entry, you may download a simple multi-event entry form and fill it in ready to bring with you on the day along with your cash or cheque made payable to 'Honnington Riding Club' Click here for schedule and entry form
